Quantity Surveyor

A forward-thinking, professional Construction & Property Consultancy is looking to add an ambitious, client-facing Quantity Surveyor to enhance their expanding Manchester office.

The Quantity Surveyor

The newly appointed Quantity Surveyor will join a new office of 13 working within a growing QS team of 8.

With no shortage of exciting projects to get involved in, the successful Quantity Surveyor will benefit from a highly varied and interesting workload such as Student Accommodation, Housing Associations and Private Residential, Education (Universities & Colleges), Blue Light, Heritage & Conservation and Commercial.

This consultancy is extremely well versed in the APC process and have a number of Chartered senior professionals in the team dedicated to supporting and mentoring through the process and a strong internal APC programme with a fantastic pass rate.

This could be the perfect opportunity for an ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor, currently working with a Consultancy, eager for greater project variety, better APC Support and a step up to reflect their abilities. Or, an established Quantity Surveyor looking for the same but with better long term progression to a Senior role.

The Quantity Surveyor

• RICS Accredited Degree Qualification
• QS experience within a UK Consultancy
• Pre & Post Contract experience
• MRICS or currently working towards & in need of additional support
• The desire to have a varied workload sector wise
