An innovative property consultancy in the bustling heart of London is seeking a skilled Building Surveyor to enhance their team of experts.

The successful Building Surveyor's Role

The new Building Surveyor will be integral to a team of 10 dedicated Building Surveyors, committed to delivering top-tier building surveying services. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the management and execution of dilapidation projects for a varied commercial client base.
• Participating in a broad spectrum of building surveying activities, offering a dynamic and enriching set of duties.
• Collaborating effectively within the team to maintain and elevate the consultancy's esteemed standing in the real estate sector.

The successful Building Surveyor will have?

• MRICS qualified ideally, or pursing APC via experienced route.
• Experience within a consultancy enviroment.
• Proven experience in managing dilapidation projects for commercial clients, demonstrating technical expertise and client-focused approach.
• A broad understanding and experience in core building surveying services.
• Excellent communication skills, essential for client interaction and team collaboration.
