Everything we do is built around developing long-term working relationships with our clients.
We understand that the longer we work together with an employer, the better we understand their needs, and the more effective our service becomes. We are proud to work with Consultancies, Main Contractors, Developers and Sub-Contractors of all shapes and sizes, everywhere in the UK.
Brandon James covers the complete array of ‘White Collar’ and ‘Blue Collar’ roles – permanent and freelance - and employs a truly comprehensive suite of recruitment techniques to source the best available talent.
Led by our Managing Director, Cliff Kemp, with over 20 years’ experience recruiting in the Construction sector, our specialist consultants are experts in their sectors:
CDM & Principal Designers / Health & Safety
Fit-out and Interiors
Structural, M&E, and Building Services Engineers
Mechanical, Electrical, Trades and Labour (blue collar)
Office Support & Central Functions
From our origins as specialists in surveying roles, we have added all the above job roles, and, as we have become trusted recruitment partners to many clients, we have increasingly acted as a ‘one-stop-shop’ for all their recruitment requirements, across both technical and support roles.
So, in addition to our specialist desks, we now have a thriving Shared Services team assisting clients with everything from Office Management to Finance, HR, Business Development and Marketing roles.
If you are an employer in construction, property or engineering, and you need to recruit quality talent – anywhere in the world - we would love to hear from you.
Here’s how it works:
We have a detailed consultation about the role and the ideal candidate profile
We provide a realistic assessment of the availability and likely package expectations of relevant candidates
If we agree to work together, you do not pay us a penny unless you hire a candidate that we have introduced to you (we only invoice after they start their job with you)
Our competitive fees are based on a percentage of the first year remuneration of your new hire
