Project Quantity Surveyor

A market-leading multidisciplinary Property & Construction Consultancy, with 5 offices nationwide, is actively seeking a talented, ambitious Project Quantity Surveyor to be based out of their Head office in Manchester.

The Project Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will join a Gold Investors in People accredited consultancy, this means they provide a healthy and supportive environment, promoting personal well-being and development as well as professional.

The new Project Quantity Surveyor will work across a broad array of projects across the Residential, Commercial, Education, Government, Health, Heritage, High-Rise, Parks & Leisure sectors. Working in a multidisciplinary team of professionals.

This role offers no shortage of variety and can extend to also include Project Management and Employers Agent responsibilities. The company also have a number of Chartered professionals and RICS assessors on the team with an impressive internal APC Programme which offers regular meetings, 1-2-1 mentorship, mock interviews and more. They have a fantastic track record and pass rate!

This could be the perfect opportunity for an established Quantity Surveyor who feels they've hit a ceiling in their current position, eager to take on more responsibility and progress. Or, an established MRICS QS eager for the right support in order to step into management and senior positions.

The Project Quantity Surveyor

• QS Experience with a UK Consultancy
• RICS Accredited degree qualification
• MRICS ideally or working towards
• Good pre & post contract experience
• Valid UK Driving license
