Valuation Surveyor

A well established Property Consultancy based in Milton Keynes are looking to add several Valuation Surveyors to their team. With work across the whole of the UK they are looking for independent and experienced Surveyors to join them.

The successful Valuation Surveyor's role

The successful Valuation Surveyor will be able to value commercial and residential property for secure lending, tax, matrimonial, investment and development.

With their heavy workload they are keen to add in several Surveyors across the UK, reporting in to the Milton Keynes head office and visiting the office on the rarest occasions.

The MRICS Valuation Surveyor will ideally hold:

• MRICS qualification
• Registered Valuer
• 2 year PQE as a minimum
• Good people and communication skills
• Team player
