Trainee Quantity Surveyor

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a commercially minded, motivated, and ambitious Trainee Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established Main Contractor in Essex.

The Company

The successful Trainee Quantity Surveyor will work on high quality, complex refurbishment, restoration and enhancement projects across London and Essex.

Projects range from small scale enhancement projects to high value, major refurbishments. Managing works from design, through to construction, and completion.

The Trainee Quantity Surveyor

This role would suit someone eager to expand their industry knowledge and get great exposure to the full life cycle of a project from pre-construction to completion.

Requirements:

• Work experience with a main contractor or developer
• Site experience
• Previous experience in a Trainee QS role is ideal
• A HNC or Construction related degree qualification is beneficial
