Stock Condition Clerk of Works

A Clerk of Works with Stock Condition surveying experience is now required to support a well established, leading consultancy with projects across South London.

The Stock Condition Clerk of Works Responsibilities

• Stock condition inspections across residential properties and tenanted homes
• Assess condition of the properties
• Photograph and insightful reports and reporting recommendations
• Use of Quality Management system for delivery
• Ability to work independently
• Managing multiple projects / sites at one time
• Technical proficiency
• Compliance with health and safety measures
• Liaising with clients
• CSCS Card
• Up to date with NHBC standards

Ideally The Stock Condition Clerk of Works will also…

• ICWCI highly preferred, or willing to undertake training
• Strong attention to detail
• Must have stock condition experience
• IT proficient
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Valid driving license

• Salary: £44,000 - £49,000
