The Site Manager Role

The Site Manager:

• Proven track record in managing high-end residential projects, with a focus on premium quality finishes and bespoke designs.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Site Manager, with a portfolio that showcases expertise in luxury property development.
• Strong leadership skills, with a history of successfully guiding teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Carpentry or 'on the tools' experience is essential, demonstrating hands-on skills and a deep understanding of construction processes.
• Excellent communication and client liaison skills, ensuring seamless interaction and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Relevant construction qualifications and a thorough knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
