A prestigious construction company renowned for its dedication to excellence and quality is seeking a Mid-Level Site Manager to spearhead a new, exciting High-End Residential project based in the heart of Surrey. The Role:

The successful Mid-Level Site Manager will be joining a team recognized for its innovative approach and commitment to delivering projects that exceed expectations. Reporting directly to the Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of complex residential builds from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily on-site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with architects, subcontractors, and the wider project team to manage any challenges that arise during construction.
• Implement rigorous quality control and safety measures, maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Provide regular progress reports to the Senior Project Manager and stakeholders, highlighting any risks and mitigation strategies.
• Foster a positive, collaborative working environment, motivating and leading your team to achieve excellence.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager, with a track record of successfully delivering high-end residential projects.
• Strong understanding of the complexities and nuances involved in luxury property construction.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of quality.
• Relevant construction qualifications (e.g., CSCS, SMSTS) are highly desirable.
