With an ambitious plan to double our staff count within the year, we're seeking a Site Manager who embodies our drive for excellence, delivering top-tier residential projects across the Midlands with precision and passion.

The Role:

In the heart of our operation, the Site Manager will be instrumental in overseeing the day-to-day management of high-end residential builds. This pivotal role will ensure projects are executed flawlessly, meeting our high standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction. With projects spread across the Midlands, the successful candidate will demonstrate flexibility and commitment to travel, ensuring each site's success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct on-site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
• Coordinate tasks and manage the site team and subcontractors, promoting a culture of safety and excellence.
• Act as the primary liaison between project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers, to ensure clear communication and project alignment.
• Conduct regular site inspections and manage logistics, material deliveries, and site organization to maximize efficiency.
• Address and resolve any issues that arise on-site swiftly, maintaining project momentum and standards.

The Site Manager:

• Solid experience in managing high-end residential construction projects, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional quality.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining effective working relationships with all project stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to make timely decisions that keep projects on track.
• Flexibility to travel across the Midlands, maintaining a hands-on approach to site management and ensuring the highest levels of project execution.
• Relevant qualifications in Construction Management or a related field, complemented by a CSCS card and relevant health and safety training.
