A luxury fit out contractor is seeking an experienced and career driven Site Manager to support a variety of high value fit out projects in London.

The Company

The successful Site Manager will be joining an established company that offers a unique combination of innovation and creativity in delivering a variety of luxury interiors for hotels, retailers and offices across the UK.

This well renowned company has been in the industry for over four decades delivering high quality craftmanship and going beyond client expectations.

The Site Manager role:

• Number 1 onsite
• Reporting to Project Manager and Director
• Ensure that programme targets are achieved
• Facilitate inductions and toolbox talks
• Liaise with Clients and Suppliers
• Manage subcontractors
• Inspect quality of work and ensure high standards
• Responsible for onsite Health and Safety

The Site Manager - Requirements

• Site Management experience
• 3+ years Luxury Fit Out experience
• Trades background
• Excellent communication and IT skills
• SMSTS
• CSCS Black Card
• First Aid
• UK driving licence
