A Surrey based construction company who operate within the High End Residential market for both new builds and refurbishments and operate throughout London and the South East are seeking a Site Manager.

They're a growing firm, with a fantastic culture and some incredible projects going on with plenty more in the pipeline.

The successful Site Manager will join a team who have developed a great reputation throughout the High End / Prime Industry.

They are at a great stage of their business journey with a wealth of knowledge behind them but an enormous scope for growth - turnover has doubled over the last two years.

They have an outstanding culture with employee satisfaction an absolute priority.

The Site Manager Role

The successful Site Manager will be based on site on the Sussex / Kent Border.

You will be responsible for an ultra modern new build with a contract value of £5 million. The project has been designed by a renowned architect.

The Site Manager Requirements

• High end residential experience
• New Build Experience
• Previous experience managing multiple £2 million + projects
• Excellent organisational & team management skills
• A valid driving licence

In return
