An award-winning, global Construction Consultancy is looking to add a client facing Senior Quantity Surveyor to enhance their growing Sheffield team.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

With an increasing workload across a diverse range of projects, the busy Sheffield team is looking for an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor. Ideally, candidates will have experience in Residential or Healthcare sectors and will fit well into the friendly team environment.

The new Senior Quantity Surveyor will be involved in all aspects of Quantity Surveying from inception to completion, leading the day-to-day delivery of large and complex projects.

The Sheffield team has recently undergone a strategic merger of two key divisions, resulting in an enriched resource pool and access to a broad and varied array of projects in dynamic and evolving sectors.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Degree in Quantity Surveying
• Residential or Healthcare Sector experience is ideal
• MRICS or working towards chartership
• Strong consultancy background
• Invested in the training & development of a team
