Senior Quantity Surveyor

A dynamic, market leading medium sized Construction & Property Consultancy in Leeds is seeking a hands-on Senior Quantity Surveyor to enhance their growing team.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a renowned International Consultancy with a presence across the UK, Europe, and Australia.

The Leeds team consists of 20 professionals working across an exciting plethora of projects including Healthcare, Retail, Heritage, Education, Hotel, Automotive, Commercial, and Residential schemes.

The new Senior Quantity Surveyor will be based out of the office three days a week and work from home the remainder and will help with the support, management and development of the junior team members.

This could be the perfect opportunity for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor who feels they've hit a ceiling in their current role and are eager to step into a Senior role. Alternatively, this could suit an established Senior QS who desires a clear progression path to Associate, within a small yet dynamic team, that can provide both flexibility and growth.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

Will have:

• A RICS accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
• MRICS or currently working towards and in need of greater support
• Strong Pre and Post Contract experience
• Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Construction Consultancy
• A valid UK driving license
• A successful track record running projects from inception to completion

The company is happy to discuss individual requirements based on experience but are looking to offer:

• £50,000 - £65,000
