Senior Quantity Surveyor

A small but expanding Property & Construction Consultancy in Manchester is looking to add an ambitious, client facing Senior Quantity Surveyor to their growing team.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a first-class team working across a diverse range of projects from £200k - £300m.

The company have gone from strength to strength and have an impressive pipeline for the next few years including Commercial new build & refurbishments from £150k - £150m, Residential Highrise and waterfront apartments up to 250-units, listed buildings, "one off" high end builds, and hotels.

The company have a number of offices nationwide and opened the Manchester office 2 years ago. Since then, they have successfully established project management & building surveying teams. Their focus now is to add a driven Senior Quantity Surveyor to the team, someone in which they plan to build the division around.

The new Senior Quantity Surveyor will take on a manageable workload project wise, and will eventually be involved in taking on additional surveyors to help as the workload increases, build client relationships and network / business development.

This could the perfect opportunity for a career focused Senior Quantity Surveyor, eager for exciting progression opportunities to Associate Director & beyond. Someone who wants to make a real difference in a company and help build a team.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• RICS accredited degree qualification
• Excellent pre and post contract knowledge
• Previous Quantity Surveying experience working with a PQS firm / Consultancy
• MRICS ideally or currently working towards
