Senior Quantity Surveyor

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an independent and hands-on Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a prominent Global Construction & Property Consultancy based out of their dynamic Manchester office.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will become a part of the company's Special Projects Division, engaged in high-profile global projects serving esteemed clients across the Middle East, South America and Europe - including the UK.

The details of these projects are currently confidential, but they encompass a diverse range of sectors, including renowned endeavours potentially exceeding £500m+ in value.

The Manchester team typically operates from the office 2-3 days per week. However, remote work is fully supported and embraced if preferred. Whether you thrive in an office setting or prefer remote work, the flexibility is there, allowing you to manage your schedule autonomously.

The new Senior Quantity Surveyor should anticipate travelling to the aforementioned locations approximately once per quarter, usually for short durations not exceeding a couple of days.

This role presents an ideal opportunity for a proactive Senior Quantity Surveyor who isn't looking for management responsibilities but rather seeking enhanced flexibility, coupled with the opportunity to embark on global travel and contribute to some of the world's most significant multibillion-pound projects.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• RICS Accredited Degree Qualification
• Ideally MRICS but not a must
• Must have QS Consultancy Experience
• Strong Pre & Post Contract Experience
• The desire to manage your own schedule, work remote, and travel on occasion
• A hands-on individual, able to manage your own workload
