Senior Quantity Surveyor

A small but growing multidisciplinary Construction Consultancy is looking to add a commercially minded, ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor to their Warrington office.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

The incoming Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a close knit, but well established team of 6 working on projects from £20k - £200m+.

With no shortage of varied and exciting projects to get involved in including Commercial, Education, Frameworks, Leisure, Local Authority, Energy, Residential and NHS Healthcare.

Reporting to the Head of Quantity Surveying, the new Senior Quantity Surveyor will also have the flexibility to get involved in Project Management, Contract Admin and Employers Agent work. Working from the office typically 2-3 days a week and from home the remainder.

This is an exciting time to be joining as there is significant long term opportunities for progression into the Head of Quantity Surveying role and beyond that, Directorship. This could, therefore, be the perfect opportunity for a Senior QS eager to manage a small team, help grow the team, and eventually run it.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• MRICS ideally or working towards
• Strong QS background in a Consultancy
• Strong pre & post contract experience
• Confident & Client Facing
• Eager to manage junior team members
