Senior Quantity Surveyor

A world renowned, global Cost Consultancy is looking to add an ambitious, client facing Senior Quantity Surveyor to their dynamic team in Edinburgh.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will ideally already be operating at a senior level within a consultancy environment, with the ability to deliver a breadth of QS services across a variety of sectors.

The company boast an impressive pipeline of projects, and this is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual to help grow their busy team with strong opportunity for progression.

Working on multimillion pound projects including:

• New build supermarkets
• High rise apartment blocks
• Interesting heritage / conservation projects
• Mixed use developments
• Education (Schools, Universities, Student Accommodation)

The new Senior Quantity Surveyor will play a key role in generating repeat business and new business/market opportunities and will be provided a clear and structured progression path to Associate Director.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• MRICS ideally or committed to achieving
• Strong pre and post contract knowledge
• Experience working in a professional consultancy environment
• Confident with the drive to succeed and develop
