Senior Quantity Surveyor

An award-winning, multidisciplinary Construction & Property Consultancy is seeking an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor, eager to progress to Associate, to their Bristol office.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a dynamic, close knit team of 12 engaging in a multitude of sectors including Commercial, Education, Health, Heritage & Conservation, Hotel, Industrial, Residential, Sport, Leisure & Retail. There is no shortage of exciting upcoming schemes to get involved in.

Managing projects from inception to completion as well as mentoring some junior members of the team, the incoming Senior Quantity Surveyor will work alongside the Directors with a clear progression path in place towards an Associate role and beyond.

Being a small team, this is a highly hands on role with unrivalled opportunities for progression. The Partners will have a clear and tailored progression path in place to help you achieve Associate Director. With their support and guidance, the role will develop into project delivery, line management, and work winning / business development.

This could be the perfect opportunity for a driven Senior Quantity Surveyor, eager for rapid progression opportunities and the chance to make a real impact on an established firm but one that still has room to grow and evolve.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• RICS Accredited degree qualification
• Ideally MRICS or currently working towards
• QS experience within a UK Consultancy
• Client facing & Excellent Communication Skills
• Ambitious with the desire to progress to Associate
