Senior Quantity Surveyor

A dynamic, sociable and award winning consultancy in Leicester is looking to add an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor to their growing team.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will work within the company's expanding Commercial Team working on a broad variety of works including Insurance, Education, Healthcare, Bespoke one off developments, and Commercial.

Taking the lead on a range of projects whilst supervising the work of the Quantity Surveyors, Assistants, and Apprentices and helping them reach their potential - as well as helping with training and development of the team.

This small consultancy has been acquired by a highly successful and renowned firm over the last 2 years and having let the dust settle are ready to continue their expansion - now joining over 4 other consultancies who have joined their ranks.

This has provided a number of exciting opportunities within the close knit team, now working closely alongside 4 previously separate consultancies across the UK - which has allowed repeat business via the various companies, an expanded benefits package, and greater progression opportunities. The Senior Quantity Surveyor

Experience:

• RICS Accredited degree qualification
• Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Consultancy
• Employer's Agent experience is beneficial but not crucial
• A successful track record managing projects to completion
• Eager for a friendly and sociable working environment

In Return?

• £50,000 - £65,000 (depending on experience)
