Senior Quantity Surveyor

An independent firm of Chartered Surveyors is looking to add an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor to their Birmingham City Centre office.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a multidisciplinary team of 15 highly skilled professionals providing Quantity Surveying, Project Management and Employer's Agent services to clients.

Working on a broad and varied workload, the new Senior Quantity Surveyor will manage projects across the Industrial, Commercial Office, Retail, Restaurant, and Hotel sectors.

A close knit, family feel team with a fantastic company culture which offers brilliant progression opportunities as well as hybrid working and management opportunities for someone eager to mentor the teams more junior surveyors.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• RICS Accredited degree qualification
• MRICS ideally or working towards
• Strong pre and post contract experience
• Cost Planning Experience
• Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Consultancy
