Senior Quantity Surveyor

A thriving, award-winning multidisciplinary Consultancy in Nottingham is looking to add a dedicated, client-facing Senior Quantity Surveyor to their dynamic team.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a well-established, professional team with an impressive pipeline of projects spanning across the Defense, Residential, Commercial, Education and Healthcare sectors.

The company offer a very attractive hybrid working policy, working from the office a maximum of 2 days per week, and have cultivated a positive working culture that prioritises its people.

This consultancy has a fantastic track record for internal progression and with a flat company structure there is no limit on progression. This could be the perfect opportunity for an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor eager to take on more responsibility, progress to Associate, and make a real difference within a company.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Liaising directly with clients
• Managing junior members of the team
• Running Design Team Meetings, reporting on cost control matters
• Cost estimates, bills of quantities, contract documents and commercial reporting
• Managing large & complex projects with responsibility for project cost control

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Good pre and post contract knowledge / ability to run projects to completion
• Client facing
• Experience working within a UK Cost Consultancy
• RICS accredited degree
• Ideally MRICS or working towards
