A well-established, multi-disciplinary Construction & Property Consultancy is actively seeking a carer focused, ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor for their Stoke office.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

The chosen Senior Quantity Surveyor will play a pivotal role within a team of 15 dedicated specialists, including Quantity Surveyors, Employers Agents, Building Surveyors, and Architects.

With a robust and diverse portfolio, this consultancy offers a wealth of project work, ideal for a Senior Quantity Surveyor keen on an exciting and diverse workload. Working across all sectors of the built environment such as Industrial (inclusive of Warehouses & Sheds), Education, Hospitality, and Residential sectors, amongst others.

This consultancy is known for offering a comprehensive range of client services, including Dispute Resolution, Adjudications, Employers Agent, and Project Monitoring roles. It represents a remarkable chance for an Senior Quantity Surveyor to work in a highly skilled professional role across the multifaceted landscape of Quantity Surveying.

The new Senior Quantity Surveyor will play a vital role in managing and mentoring the junior surveyors, creating & building lasting client relationships, and also in the growth of the office. The Senior Quantity Surveyor

Will have:

• RICS Accredited Degree Qualification
• Strong QS background within a Consultancy environment
• Excellent Pre & Post Contract Experience
• MRICS or currently working towards & in need of a final push
• Property sector project background
