One of the UK's Top Quantity Surveying Consultancies is looking to add a client facing, ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor to their expanding Glasgow office.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

This role presents a unique chance for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to become a pivotal member of the consultancy's top-tier Real Estate division, working on a wide range of sectors including Sport & Leisure, Commercial and Residential. You will play a critical role in steering both clients and team members through numerous distinguished projects across Scotland.

The new Senior Quantity Surveyor will assist on feasibility studies, estimating, cost planning, tendering, procurement, value engineering, and agreeing final accounts. As well as this, long term you will be involved in the mentoring, management and growing of the QS team.

Joining a strong commercial team 15 strong, this position stands as an ideal platform for a forward-thinking Senior Quantity Surveyor who is keen on achieving long-term career growth, with sights set on ascending to Associate Director and further.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

  • RICS accredited degree qualification
  • Ideally MRICS or working towards
  • QS Experience within a UK Construction Consultancy
  • Sport or Leisure sector experience is ideal
