A leading Quantity Surveying Consultancy renowned across the UK is on the lookout for an engaging and driven Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team in Edinburgh.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

This role presents a unique chance for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to become a pivotal member of the consultancy's top-tier Real Estate division. The role involves working across various sectors, including Sport & Leisure, Commercial, and Residential, playing a crucial part in guiding both clients and team members through a series of prestigious projects throughout Scotland.

As the new Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be instrumental in carrying out feasibility studies, estimating, cost planning, tendering, procurement, value engineering, and finalising accounts. Beyond these responsibilities, you will have a hand in mentoring, managing, and expanding the QS team.

Embedded within a robust commercial team of 17, this role is an excellent stepping-stone for a visionary Senior Quantity Surveyor aiming for significant career progression, with opportunities to rise to Associate Director level and beyond.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• RICS accredited degree qualification
• Ideally MRICS or working towards
• QS Experience within a UK Construction Consultancy
• Sport or Leisure sector experience is ideal
