The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

A dynamic and accomplished Senior Quantity Surveyor is sought to enhance a dedicated team of four within a thriving, privately held business that boasts a national presence through its three strategic office locations.

This role offers the ideal blend of flexible working arrangements and a commendable work-life balance, with a structured approach that encourages spending a few days in the office to foster team collaboration, while also facilitating 2 days of remote work for added flexibility.

As a pivotal part of this expansion, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will manage a diverse and stimulating portfolio of projects across various sectors including Industrial, Education, Commercial, Residential, Retail, Leisure, Health, and Data Centres. And, long term, will be involved in the growth & development of the Birmingham team.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• RICS Accredited degree qualification
• Strong pre & post contract experience
• Strong QS background within Consultancy environments
• Ideally MRICS or working towards
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team
