Senior Quantity Surveyor

A thriving, family feel Construction Consultancy, with 3 offices nationwide, is looking to strengthen their Birmingham (Solihull) team with an ambitious, client facing Senior Quantity Surveyor.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a small team of 6 offering flexible working and a good work life balance. Ideally in the office a couple days a week to encourage a good team working culture but working from home 2-3 days.

A privately owned and growing business where the team can develop their careers and their achievements are recognised and well rewarded.

Working across a broad range of sectors, the new Senior Quantity Surveyor will have a diverse and interesting workload including Industrial/Logistics, Education, Commercial, Residential, Retail, Leisure, Health and Data Centres.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• RICS Accredited degree qualification
• Strong pre & post contract experience
• Strong background within Consultancy environments
• Ideally MRICS or working towards
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team
