An award winning, national multidisciplinary Construction Consultancy in Leicester is looking to add an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor to their tight knit team.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will work alongside the Director of the Leicester office in delivering an array of work including healthcare, education, and residential, hotel, and commercial projects.

This role offers unrivalled opportunity for progression, the new Senior Quantity Surveyor will initially manage a small team of surveyors alongside working in a project delivery role.

This could be the perfect opportunity for an ambitious and client facing Quantity Surveyor eager who feels they've hit a ceiling in their current role and is determined to step up into a Senior QS position and make a real difference to both a team and a company, establish themselves long term and step into a Director role.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Ideally MRICS or committed to achieving
• A RICS accredited degree qualification
• Comfortable in a client facing role
• Eager to manage and help grow the team
• UK Cost Consultancy background
