A dynamic forward thinking, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy in Birmingham is eagerly seeking a talented Senior Quantity Surveyor to enhance their growing team.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a well-established, energetic team of Employer's Agents delivering professional services to clients managing build projects from inception to completion.

The company boast an impressive pass rate with the APC with internal APC assessors in the office as well as their APC programme being based out of the Birmingham office. The new Senior Quantity Surveyor will therefore receive unrivalled support with their MRICS should you find yourself in need of a final push of support to help get this achieved.

Whilst this role is firmly based within the Residential sector, there is no shortage of variety when it comes to projects such as Commercial Property, Privately Funded, Care Homes, Mixed-Use and New Build apartment & housing schemes from £250k - £200m.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

Experience / Requirements:

• RICS Accredited Degree Qualification
• Residential project experience
• Employer's Agent experience
• Pre and Post contract experience
• Experience within a PQS firm / Consultancy
