A dynamic, regional Property & Construction Consultancy, with 7 offices nationwide, is seeking a client facing Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their close-knit team of 8 in Manchester.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

This consultancy, proud of its B Corp Certification, is an ideal environment for professionals passionate about making a positive impact while working on diverse and impactful projects.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will find themselves at the heart of a fast-paced, innovative consultancy. Engaging in a variety of projects, with a particular focus on Banking / Fund Monitoring, NHS / Healthcare schemes as well as Residential new build.

This could be the perfect opportunity for a dynamic Senior Quantity Surveyor seeking stability within a vibrant team, while contributing significantly to projects that shape the region.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• RICS Accredited degree qualification
• MRICS or currently working towards
• Solid background within a Consultancy environment
• Good pre and post contract experience
• Banking / Fund Monitoring experience
