Senior Quantity Surveyor

A well-established, multidisciplinary Property and Construction Consultancy is looking to add a driven, career focused Senior Quantity Surveyor to their dynamic Birmingham team.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

Joining a flourishing team of 20 professionals, including 8 dedicated Quantity Surveyors, across 5 nationwide offices, the appointed Senior Quantity Surveyor will work on diverse projects within the built environment sector.

This established team is proud of its strong project pipeline in the area, featuring Residential, Education, and Healthcare projects, along with an expanding portfolio in the Manufacturing and Leisure sectors, with project values ranging from £1m to £135m.

The incoming Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a modern, dynamic and friendly working environment with a focus on continuous professional development with a structured career plan and a strong APC programme to assist with MRICS should you be in need of a final push to get this across the line.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• RICS Accredited degree qualification
• MRICS or currently working towards
• QS Experience / strong background in Consultancy environments
• Strong pre & post contract experience
• A successful track record running projects to completion
