Senior Quantity Surveyor

A prestigious, highly regarded Construction Consultancy based in Birmingham's vibrant centre is currently seeking an experienced and client-focused Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a thriving, friendly and multidisciplinary team of circa 40 across various professions.

Delivering projects across the full life cycle working in sectors such as Commercial, Residential, Hospitality, Higher Education, Further Education, and Mixed-Use.

Reporting to the Associate Director, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will be managing multiple projects as well as a small team of cost consultants who will report directly to you.

This could be the perfect opportunity for a driven Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for a fresh challenge within a professional and engaging team proud of their collaborative culture.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Strong background in Quantity Surveying in a Consultancy environment
• Property / Real Estate construction experience (residential, commercial, hospitality sectors)
• MRICS ideally or working towards
• Ability to manage projects autonomously
• The desire to manage a small team
