A regional Property Consultancy, with a talented Quantity Surveying team, is eagerly seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Plymouth office.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will become part of a prominent consultancy renowned for their exceptional social and environmental performance standards, and recognised as one of the top companies for employee satisfaction.

This reputable consultancy, with a presence across the nation, boasts a consistent influx of projects for the upcoming years. Consequently, they are in need of a Senior Quantity Surveyor who is interested in a long-term commitment.

The new Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for a wide range of Quantity Surveying tasks, including acting as an Employers Agent and resolving disputes. They will play a crucial role in managing a diverse portfolio of projects, spanning Healthcare, Education, Residential, and Infrastructure sectors, within the region.

The role comes with fantastic long term development and progression to Associate and beyond and could be the perfect opportunity for a career focused professional eager for a positive work life balance within a friendly team.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• RICS Accredited degree qualification
• Strong pre and post contract experience
• Confident managing projects to completion
• PQS / Consultancy experience
