A globally recognized Quantity Surveying consultancy is on the lookout for a skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor with experience in Quantity Surveying and Employers Agent roles, to join their vibrant Leeds office.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

The firm is in search of a driven Senior Quantity Surveyor who possesses the ability and confidence to handle a dual role encompassing both Quantity Surveying and Employers Agent responsibilities. The role involves working on a diverse portfolio of projects within sectors such as Residential, Logistics, Office, Healthcare, Government, Higher Education, and Retail.

The incoming Senior Quantity Surveyor will play a crucial role in leading a small team and enhancing the consultancy's regional presence. Key responsibilities include delivering comprehensive Quantity Surveying and Employers Agent services from the initiation to the completion of projects, mentoring junior staff, and cultivating strong client relationships.

This position represents an excellent prospect for a determined Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to progress towards an Associate Director role, offering a challenging yet rewarding career path.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Quantity Surveying or Employers Agent background
• RICS Accredited degree qualification
• MRICS or working towards
• Excellent pre and post contract knowledge
• Strong Consultancy background
