Senior Quantity Surveyor

An International Quantity Surveying consultancy are seeking a professional Senior Quantity Surveyor with Director ambitions, and a thirst to work on the best projects in London.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for delivering top end projects valuing upwards of £20m across the mixed use, data centres, residential, commercial, and healthcare sectors.

Alongside project delivery, the Senior Quantity Surveyor shall also manage a small team, helping to develop them, support them with their work, and route towards MRICS.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Ideally MRICS, but must have completed a QS or RICS accredited degree
• Strong QS experience within the Consultancy / Cost Management environment
• Experience of delivering projects valuing upwards of £20m
• Excellent pre and post contract experience
• Client facing
• Minimum of 6 years Quantity Surveying experience
