The Partners of an innovative Cost Management consultancy are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to add to their incredibly talented Quantity Surveying team in London, of whom they are extremely proud of.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will provide a full cost consultancy and contract admin role in a client facing capacity for residential and commercial (office and fit out) projects across London and the South East.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will also help mentor the Quantity Surveyors in the team, and work alongside the Directors in looking after clients.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

PQS/Cost management/Consultancy background
MRICS
Client facing
Pre and post cost management experience
Ideally residential or commercial project exposure
Contract administration/EA experience would also be a plus
