Senior Quantity Surveyor

A prestigious, International Construction Consultancy are seeking a M&E, Senior Quantity Surveyor and become part of their close knit M&E Surveying team in London.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining a M&E Quantity Surveying team of 7 who currently have a broad range of projects ongoing and also in the pipeline including: residential towers, labs, schools, mixed use, commercial and much more.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will predominantly carry out pre contract services including preparing riba stage 1 & 2 elemental cost plans and detailed measuring.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• MRICS is preferred, but at least hold a Quantity Surveying degree
• Must have a PQS/Consultancy background
• MEP / M&E / Mechanical and Electrical Quantity Surveying experience
• Strong pre contract knowledge
• Experience of producing elemental cost plans
