Senior Quantity Surveyor

A diverse, chartered building consultancy are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their rapidly changing quantity surveying team in the Greater London / Kent area.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be given a number of projects to lead on within the residential, education, and healthcare sectors, with projects valuing between £1m and £25m.

The new Senior Quantity Surveyor will deliver both pre and post contract services on the above projects, whilst also supporting and mentoring the less experienced quantity surveyors within this family-feel team.

Role: Senior Quantity Surveyor (clear route to Associate)

Location: Greater London / Kent

Salary: £65,000 - £70,000, plus car allowance, plus package
