Senior Quantity Surveyor

A renowned property consultancy with an ambitious and forward-thinking quantity surveying team are seeking a MRICS Senior Quantity Surveyor for their London office.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

The consultancy is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work alongside the Cost Management Director, and help him grow and develop their quantity surveying offering.

Thus, this is a unique opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who enjoys delivering an exceptional range of projects, but who also wants to be part of a dynamic, personable quantity surveying team which is looking to grow and compete with the top PQS/Cost Consultancy practices.

The new Senior Quantity Surveyor shall also support with the APC mentoring, looking after clients, winning work, and helping with the day to day management of the team.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• MRICS or FRICS
• Comfortable acting at a Senior Quantity Surveyor level
• Good pre and post contract experience
• Keen to be part of a small team with a desire to grow
• Client facing
• Ambitious
• UK PQS / Consultancy experience
