A Construction Management Consultancy are seeking a reliable Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their fresh Kent office.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will ideally be able to provide a QS/PM role on luxury, high end projects across the residential and hospitality sector, usually valuing between £1m and £20m.
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor shall get involved on projects at various stages of the life cycle, but also be expected to deliver projects from planning through to construction.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Minimum of 10 years quantity surveying experience
- Residential project experience
- Good cost planning experience
- JCT contract knowledge
- UK, quantity surveying experience
- Cost Consultancy / PQS background
- Full driving licence
