Senior Quantity Surveyor

A nationwide construction consultancy are seeking a competent Senior Quantity Surveyor in London who can show to be a "safe pair of hands".

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will, within reason, be expected to come in and hit the ground running, taking on private residential and affordable housing projects from start to finish.

The new Senior Quantity Surveyor will also carry out a Quantity Surveying and Employers Agent/Contract Administration role.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• MRICS ideally, but not essential
• Employers Agent / CA experience would be a plus
• A track record of delivering residential projects
• Good pre and post contract knowledge
• Comfortable working independently
• Quantity Surveying experience within a PQS / Consultancy practice
