Senior Quantity Surveyor

A multi-disciplinary construction consultancy has a unique opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to be seconded out to a Council 2 days a week, with the remainder of your time WFH.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will work in Woking for the council, where you will provide a full quantity surveying service in harmony with the Council's internal processes.

Day to day, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be involved in:

• Managing costs and budgets
• Providing forecasts
• Valuations
• Measuring
• Payment certification

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Happy to commute to Woking 2 days a week / 10 days a month
• Be seconded out to a council for the above time frame each month
• Experience of working with local authorities / public sector bodies
• Pre and post contract experience
• Hold a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
