Senior Quantity Surveyor

The Head of Cost Management, for a top Property Consultancy, is seeking a personable Senior Quantity Surveyor (ideally MRICS) to work alongside him in London.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

The Director is a seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor who has a successful track record of delivering and taking ownership of projects from inception to completion, pre and post contract (including viability statements and early stage master planning).

Project wise, you will be working on a mix bag built environment schemes for the likes of Homes England, Local Councils, MET Police and more.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• MRICS or similar
• PQS / Cost Consultancy background
• Comfortable delivering projects, pre and post contract
• Early stage master planning experience would be a plus
• Eager to be part of a long term project
