Senior Quantity Surveyor

One of the UK's top, Quantity Surveying consultancy's is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor with good management and project delivery skills for their Winchester office.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

The Directors are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor who can manage a small QS team, whilst also running projects from a quantity surveying and employers agent perspective.

Project wise, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will have a choice of work to get involved in, including a mixture of residential (student accommodation, build to rent, and mixed use), private education, health, fit out, and marine.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Ideally MRICS
• Quantity Surveying or Employers Agent background
• UK Cost Management / PQS consultancy experience
• Technically astute - pre and post contract
• Enjoys mentoring younger quantity surveyors
• Able to support with the APC training
• A successful track record of pushing projects forward
