Senior Quantity Surveyor

An ambitious Quantity Surveyor who set up his own practice, and has built up a strong pipeline of work, is seeking a client facing Senior Quantity Surveyor with the confidence to work alongside him and a business in its infancy.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

From day one, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be dropped onto a super prime residential project in Mayfair which involves the fit out of the front of house, and a £15m spa.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will also support the Managing Director on a variety of other schemes as a Quantity Surveyor, and at times, Project Manager / Employers Agent:

• 200,000 sq ft office
• 500 apartments
• 31 residential scheme in Ealing
• Gaelic sports club
• Cut & carve £40M

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Preferably MRICS
• Experience within a UK PQS environment
• Pre and post contract experience
• The confidence to work alongside one other.
• Client facing & personable character
• Able to deliver projects independently
