A top tier Quantity Surveying consultancy are seeking a talented Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their thriving Cambridge office.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

The Partners are seeking an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor who is comfortable carrying out a dual Quantity Surveying and Employers Agent role on an array of projects across the Education, Student Accommodation, Residential, Life Sciences, and Industrial sectors.

The new Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing a small team whilst providing a range of Quantity Surveying / Employer's Agent duties from project inception to completion, mentor junior staff, and manage client relationships.

The company have an excellent track record of internal progression and this could be the perfect opportunity for a driven Senior Quantity Surveyor eager to step into an Associate Director role in the near future.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Quantity Surveying or Employers Agent background
• MRICS or degree qualified (RICS)
• Comfortable delivering projects independently
• Pre and post cost management experience
• Worked within a cost consultancy / cost management practice
