Senior Quantity Surveyor

A global Cost Management consultancy are seeking a professional Senior Quantity Surveyor to work alongside a Senior Associate in delivering a full cost management service on national projects.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join the practices iconic London office and be part of a close knit team who deliver projects for high profile clients on schemes across London and the UK.

Day to day, the new Senior Quantity Surveyor will take ownership and lead retail, commercial, and governmental projects from inception to completion whilst reporting into a Senior Associate.

You will also be supported by 2 Assistant Quantity Surveyors when required.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• MRICS, or working towards
• Holds a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
• 6+ years Quantity Surveying experience
• Worked for a consultancy/ cost management practice
• Solid pre and post cost management experience
• Comfortable working on fast paced projects
