Senior Quantity Surveyor

A long standing, multi disciplinary construction consultancy are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor or Employers Agent as maternity cover on a fixed term, 12 month contract, with the strong possibility of extending this long term.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join the company's London office which holds 25/30 members of staff and who predominantly work on housing / social housing projects from 10 to 15 houses, up to several hundred dwellings.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will need to be adaptable as the role will be split 70% Employers Agent and 30% Quantity Surveying. You need to be good with costs and contracts.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Happy to work on a FTC
• Are available 4 to 5 days a week
• MRICS or completed a construction related degree
• Employers Agent or Quantity Surveying background
• Housing / Social Housing project experience would be a plus
• UK consultancy experience
• Team player, excellent communication skills, good work ethic
