A young team of ambitious Quantity Surveyors in London are seeking a trustful Senior Quantity Surveyor who takes great pride in the work they deliver.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a Quantity Surveying consultancy of circa 10 Quantity Surveyors who work across a diverse range of Private Residential, Commercial fit out, Hospitality, and Life Science projects.

The new Senior Quantity Surveyor will provide a full cost management and contract administration/ employers agent service including:

• Cost Control
• Preparing BoQ
• Cost planning
• Cost reporting

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Previous Quantity Surveying experience at Senior or Project Quantity Surveyor level
• Cost management / cost consultancy background
• Comfortable leading projects independently
• Pre and post contract experience
• Good cost planning experience
• Enjoy working as part of a small team
