Senior Quantity Surveyor

A close knit, Chartered Quantity Surveying practice with an extremely pleasant management team, are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor who is comfortable working across a wide range of projects within the private and public sectors.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

Based in South West London, with hybrid working, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be the lead Quantity Surveyor on commercial and residential related projects

Alongside taking ownership of projects, the new Senior Quantity Surveyor will also work alongside the Partners in delivering more complex schemes as well as helping to manage the client.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Completed a Quantity Surveying degree and/or MIRCS
• A successful track record of independently managing projects
• Pre and post contract experience
• UK Cost management/Quantity surveying consultancy experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Residential or commercial project experience would be a plus
